The Sleeping Giant Tour is a full-day adventure that combines the best of Fiji’s natural beauty and cultural richness. It begins with a visit to the enchanting Garden of the Sleeping Giant, known for its lush landscapes and exotic orchids. The tour then moves to the therapeutic Sabeto Mud Pools, offering a unique and rejuvenating experience. This is followed by a cultural immersion at Vuda Village, where guests engage with local traditions and witness daily life. 8:00 am – Pick-up from Accommodation
Tour participants will be picked up from their respective accommodations in Nadi or Denarau.
9:30 am – Garden of the Sleeping Giant Visit
Explore the beautiful orchid garden and take in the tranquil surroundings.
Enjoy a guided walk through the garden trails, learning about the various orchid species and other flora.
11:45 am – Mud Pool Relaxation
Arrive at the mud pools for a relaxing and rejuvenating mud bath and hot spring experience.
Enjoy the therapeutic benefits of the mud and soak in the hot springs.
1:30 pm – Late Lunch at Nadina Restaurant, Denarau Marina
Arrive at Denarau Marina and settle in at Nadina Restaurant for a late lunch.
Enjoy a delicious Fijian meal while overlooking the marina.
3:30 pm – Vuda Village Tour
Explore the traditional Vuda Village and learn about the local Fijian culture.
Engage with the local villagers, learn about their way of life, and maybe enjoy some traditional Fijian performances.
5:00 pm – Return to Accommodation
After a fulfilling day, tour participants will be dropped back at their respective accommodations.
Sleeping Giant Garden
Home to a vast collection of orchids and tropical plants, this garden was initially the private collection of the late Raymond Burr, an American actor. Visitors can stroll along the canopy-covered boardwalks while admiring the beautifully landscaped lawns, lily ponds, and the impressive variety of orchids.
Vuda Village & Lookout
Vuda village is known for its famous lookout point which offers panoramic views of the western mountain ranges and the Pacific Ocean, making it a picturesque spot for capturing memories of your Fijian adventure. Visitors can also experience the local culture first-hand. Mud Pools
